Fixed Recoverable Costs extension 

Legal Futures and Inside Conveyancing cite our response to the government's proposal to widen the use of fixed recoverable costs (FRC). The Gazette covers the full proposal. 

"This could seriously damage the justice system, leaving claimants unable to obtain effective remedy or vindicated defendants out of pocket through no fault of their own," said Law Society president I. Stephanie Boyce.
